Dr. Repair

I went in to get my phone screen replaced a couple weeks agoIt was in great shape, except that it fell off the front of my phoneThe guy inside tells me he will charge me $to fix the screen and it will be done in an hour**note: when I went in, the phone still worked greatIt called, texted, had sound, vibration, everythingIt just wasn't attachedSo I had over my phone and wait out side the store at a food court tableThe guy leaves the store to have a cigarette times in that hourAnd he leaves my phone on the counter unattended without another worker insideAfter an hour I ask if it's done and he says noAnother minsThen he tries to convince me to go to his car with him to smoke a cigaretteI explain that I don't smoke and just want to get my phone fixed and get to class at NTC on timeAfter another mins I come back and he says that he can't fix it todayHe needs to order another part off amazon and it will be here and fixed in daysHe says he won't be charging me for the new part because he was the one that broke the part when he disassembled my phoneI leave a number to reach me at if there's issues(I live an hour away)He now tries to ask me out on a dateI told him I have a boyfriend and I'm sorry, but I need to get to classContact me when I can get my phoneI asked for a receipt stating that he had possession of my phoneHe wouldn't give me anythingI asked if I could take my SIM card home with me so that I could put it in my old iPhone and have something to use still(My phone has all my credit card info saved on it and passwords and such)
He says no that he needs the SIM card in it to fix itThen he grabs my hand in a very creepy wayAt this point I just try to leaveHe gets mad at me then and acts weirdHe followed me to my car trying to get me to go home with himI had no phone to call the police or anyone and I wasn't carrying a purse that he could've wantedThere were no people on the street at all eitherWhen I got to my car I got in slammed the door shut and took offI now have no phone and no proof he has my phoneI thought I was going to get raped and killed so I wasn't about to stay and argue over a replaceable phoneHe never calls to tell me I can get my phone when he said he wouldSo the next day I take my parents with me to go to the store and get my phone even if it's not doneThe guy wasn't thereSome kid was that said he didn't actually know how to do anything, just that guy paid him to watch the store for an hourWe are about to leave when the guy comes back and he's yelling at someone over the phone in Arabic and acting all jumpy and sketchyI ask for my phone and he says it's done and gives it to meIt works fineBut I gave him $because that's what he said it would be, but then he says it's now $I try to pay with my debit card so I can get out of there and he says he's only taking cash so I have to go to the ATMNow the number I had gave him to contact me when my phone was done is getting weird spam texts saying to "click here" and suchHow coincidental

I visited this business and have found that the employee's are neither knowledgeable nor helpful. They either have no idea how the industry that they are in works, or are ling to me and others that I have talked to about cellular service offers. I DO NOT recommend dealing with this company as they will simply try and rip you off as much as they can.

Rip off anyone they can dont ever buy from there. Their cases can be bought at amazon for 3x less the amount of money they are asking.
