Consumers initial visit at the doctors office was June 18 2010. His former doctor had retired. Consumer gave his medical records from his previous doctor. Consumer requested copies be made and the paperwork bereturned to him. Stephanie told the consumer the records would be returned to him. Consumer had called several times. He was told four times the records have been mailed.

Consumer states his complaint is resolved. A week after he filed the complaint, the company called and said he could come to the office and pick up his records, which has has since done. The consumer thanks Revdex.com for their assistance.
