For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I think my attachments will be the most helpful in explaining the situationThe short answer is that I don't feel obligated to pay him and he is still working with a collection agency to steal my moneyNotice in my second attachment that Dr*** writes, " I too am concerned that you were not advised of the cost to you after the initial insurance was filedThe front desk person is no longer employed here as a result."
