*** *** came into our office on April 29, and we verified his insurance over the phone with his Insurance Company and what we quoted the patient was what was verbally give to us on the phone*** could've asked us to get a pre-authorized paper claim if he thought that his insurance
was wrong when we gave him an "Estimated Breakdown" of what his expected co payment would be at each visitHe did sign and agreed to our office policy that we are not responsible for any insurance difference of what his carrier does not pick up on their portionPlease feel free to contact our office in regards to resolving this matter with Mr***He is responsible for his Co-payments of any differences of what his insurance does not cover regardless of what we had quoted on his 1st visit that's why we have every patient sign and we are very thorough on co payments here at our office, unfortunately there are Insurance reps that we get on the phone and mis quote us and their patients and therefore nothing the office can do about it that's why when you call any insurance company it is just an estimation on benefits given on the phone and we also obey by those rules her too, especially if the patient has been treated by another dentist there are no guarantee of what benefits are still available in a calender year
