care they will accept with an understanding to the pros and cons of each Not every Dentist will approach the same problem in the same way. Your temporary crown that you mention here, was provisional only It is a step in the process toward a final casted crown. They are fabricated simply out of acrylic and cemented with a weak , retrievable cement. They can prove to be fragile in the oral environment ,even for the short interim till the casted crown is delivered. You did not respond to our immediate attempts to replace it at your earliest convenience According to our documentation of our correspondences, you made no mention of experiencing pain in your initial contact, or when you canceled your first delivery appointment, or when you presented for your re-appointed delivery of your casted restoration.Dental treatments are not simple, easy, free, and they often don’t last forever. We share your frustration!Over this past year, we have followed proper internal collection policy to the letter. As forewarned, your account now belongs to an external collection service.
