Dr. Ronald Walker, DDS, PC

I had been seeing Dr. [redacted] for about 8 years. He recently did 4 crowns and two implants for me over the summer. Aug it was finished and crowns were on. In Nov one of the crowns broke in half. I had a emergency dentist remove the pieces of the crown left in my mouth and was told dentist guarantee this type of work for 1 to 2 years. I went back to [redacted] to have him fix it and the office manager/wife insulted me, told me I had to pay for the fix it was in my mouth and they were not responsible once it was in my mouth. I have never heard of anything like that. I am now seeing a different dentist (staff much nicer) to have it replaced full cost and guarantee for 2 years... That tells you how greedy his office manager is to make someone pay when their work was at fault and requiring me to pay again and who knows if it broke again, I would be paying and paying. A very bad experience and should not be seen
