Review: My husband took a dog to the vet on 10/03/13 and they put the account under my name. I have the paper he signed for care, the total was 131.12 he had $100.00 cash so he paid that leaving a balance of 31.12.on 10/04/13 he went back in and paid the balance of 31.12 in cash so I have a receipt showing a zero balance. 2 weeks later I get a voicemail saying the office girl messed up and gave him antibiotics and we owe 37.12 more they wanted to use the credit card on file that should have been destroyed a year ago. I told them they did not have authorization to run my card we have a zero balance and the office girl said I was committing fraud and she was sending me to collections. On 11/02/13 I received a collections notice saying I owe 53.45!!! I called the agency that sent me the collections on 11/05/13 and faxed them over all my receipts showing I paid. Kat at financial net recovery in Simi valley said she did not have record of what was owed that she would call dr. Ron’s and get back to me. She called me back that same afternoon and said they faxed her bill and she faxed me a copy of it. The bill that I never received was created on 10/28/13 and I was sent to collections the next day 10/29/13. How am I getting sent to collections 24 days after the services were paid and sent to collections 24 hours after a bill that I never received? Kit at the collections said they charged me a 25.00 book keeping fee that they said I was aware of which I was not. She said she would wave that. My issue is our bill was played and they are tacking on more money and creating invoices that are unnecessary. If they gave my husband the medicine when he paid that is on them we paid what was told was due. I do not feel I should have to pay this 37.12 and do not appreciate the way the office girls spoke to me. I would like this looked into and also would like to get my credit card and id off of their file in fear of them creating more invoices for unnecessary invoices.Desired Settlement: I would like this 37.12 off my credit and I feel I should not have to pay this extra fee when it shows everything was paid in full (I have receipts to prove that) also everything is dated and nothing is delinquent. This is harassment.

Review: Dr [redacted]'s office mistreated us like we have never been treated before. We have been yelled at hung up on and lied to. Driven 45mins each way for 3 days for surgery that we had an appointment for that we kept being told cant be done till the following day! Surgery was performed and stitches came undone, we took our dog to get it fixed because it was an error by the doctor and staff and they wanted to charge us more. When we aslk for them to waive it due to their error we were told "we are not doing anything and honestly we dont care. just go write a bad review online". We were set up on a payment without interest and or monthly fees/charges, and now we re being told to pay up he entire bill upfront or they will start charging penalties and interest. We have been completely mistreated and taken advantage of! This has been a complete nightmare for me and my familyDesired Settlement: For all the stress and head ache I would like the vet to eliminate our finalBalance on this account completely.
