We are going to refund the complainant the sum she is looking for and will have a check cut for her by the 27th of June.We will not however be returning the the property of the customer and will leave the removal and disposal of the material in her capable hands (perhaps her new contractor).We feel...

We had expected to obtain a quote for the removal of the Dr. Roof equipment and installing what we had originally on the house.  This has not yet happened and I can't pursue it further until after I have back surgery.  But in the meantime we would like to reopen our complaint and accept the $955. from Dr. Roof and hope that it will be enough to cover it.Regards,
