#1 I didn't do any work for [redacted], we were asked to do work for her boyfriend, we only done what was asked to be done and nothing else, we removed two wall hung vanity sinks from upstairs bedrooms and capped off the plumbing, we installed 2 vanity cabinets and counter top that the home owner furnished, they were used and some damage on them at the time of installing them, we removed old kitchen sink from kitchen and installed a old porcelain sink that had been used before, we hooked up all the plumbing back to the sink, on the bathroom we removed old vanity, removed toilet and removed old tub, the floor was rotten under the tub and they wanted only that area of the floor repaired, we repaired damaged floor with new plywood, installed a new bath tub, tub drain assy, and tub faucet with new shower head, tub was level and sitting flat on the floor. there was rotten wood in the walls that had to be replaced and it was replaced and new insulation installed, removed old window and closed in the window,  [redacted] (my worker) and [redacted] had agreed on what to put on the walls around the shower (that is when I was called and said that she didn't like it and I went and I didn't like and said we would a tub surround in) and we installed a new tub fiberglass tub surround, then [redacted] stated fussing about there was no backer board on her bath room floor, we didn't were no the ones who had put the tile floor in and to make the repair if would cost more money and then we were told to leave the job that they would not pay to have floor done, we DID NOT do any plumbing for the toilet except removed old and install new toilet we put it back over the same hole were old was at, we also replaced light in kitchen, and run new ice maker line, ran wire for light and ceiling fan in room off of living room, we secured with tape the insulating that had fallen off the duct work under the house. 'All work was done right but I cant make a 100 plus year old house new with a very limited budget. [redacted] came by our office and picked up her key that she had given to [redacted] not me.
