bought a pool from them in dec and paid in full, because he said we would get a great deal, long story short we waited a week for his intallers to finaly finish the install and now the filter will not work proerly from day 1, he sent a guy to change the pump on it today finaly and he threatened me and left when I told him I hope this will finally be fixed and working already, we emailed the owner and he said if I want it fixed to bring the part to him, are relastionship is over???? I paid $for a pool I cant use still under warranty?? why did the owner not come out here time with all the issues and lies we have had, if I dont hear back from the owner and fix this issues by friday 5/20/i will file a civil lawsuit!!
