I started process of buying a truck from this dealer in February of My first payment was not due until April Dealer provided a trip permit to get me until my plates came in, which according to their timeline should have been within first days of signingSo I should have had plates and registration by end March Here it is August and I am dealing with *** County court because the last trip permit provided to me was Fraudulent The Permit was only good for days and dealer had May info written all over it but in bold at 07/06/ I contacted Johnny at the dealer and he advised he would get this taken care of and would call me back next day This was on June 26th, I still have not heard back from anyone I am being charged for trip permit violation and this dealer seems to think it is ok for me to take the fall for their mistake This is not alright with me If they want the truck back, fine, but they need to step up and clear my name

I have purchased a car at 7pm on on 12/31/paying a down of dollars attaining insurance for the carAssuming I was I approved they let me take the car home in good standingNow they say I have defaulted with bringing in my documents which I had that same night to get approvedNow they asked for the car to be returned and I did and they will not refund my down paymentThey lied to me that I was approved and days later asked for the car back saying I wasn't approved and told I will not get my down backThat seems so unfair to make people assume they are approved take my money and ask for the car backIf I wasn't approved why did they let me a quote insurance and pay my downPeople just can't take your money and cheat buyers

I was sold a defective car with brakes that have endangered my family's lifeThe car needs all of the following repairs, master cylinderIn addition the car leaks oil, power steering leaks and also the transmission leaksI have tried to resolve this problem with the dealer; however, they state that it is too bad and we cannot help youI have also used the services of a financial coach and who has tried to help me come to a resolution with the owner of the car company but they have never kept their wordEach time I have tried calling them they have hung on me and also the financial coachI am afraid for my life by driving this car and will now have to park it until the dealer gives me my money back
