I placed my order over a month ago, and have reached out to them four times to receive an update on the status. They have yet to return my messages. I understand their inventory may be limited, but simple communication with customers would be appreciated.

18 July 2019 placed order. (Paid in full).
31 October 2019, No product shipped. Order continuously marked "awaiting fulfillment".
Nice website with no response to inquiries. Buyer beware.

In my opinion, One star is a little high to write my experience. I placed an order October 17, 2018. My credit card was charged less than a month later. However, to this day, I have received no product! I sent multiple emails and even called -numerous times -the only number I could find on the website that was to his chiropractic office. I spoke with the receptionist of the office and I got nowhere. No call back as promised, no refund, no product. We are now going through our credit card company to get our money refunded.

Review: I placed a order with [redacted] and at no time during my ordering process did they say that the products were not in stock. Once the order was placed, the receipt stated that the order was on hold with expected delivery in 2-3 weeks. It has been over a month and no delivery. I also have written a e-mail requesting assistance with the order and no response. After no response from the e-mail, I have called [redacted] two times with no response. Needless to say this has not been a experience I think anyone should have to deal with.Desired Settlement: I want a refund, and a suggestion to the company to either, be more diligent with orders, or, don't sell products over the internet. They supposedly have a good brick and mortar business, stick with that.
