 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: As I explained on the attached statement, I paid $650 on 24 Feb 17.  My visit on 7 Apr 17 was to complete the treatment that I had paid on 24 Feb 19, because the doctor couldn't finish the treatment on 24 Feb 17 at her fault. She apologized and told me to come back again. That was why I revisit the clinic on 7 Apr 17 for the treatment.  While I was waiting for the doctor to come to the room I requested [redacted] injection additionally, and meant to pay $219 for the [redacted] 40 units since I had already paid $650 for the 2cc dermal filler injection.  On the text message, Sarah said I had 2cc injection but charged for 1 cc.  However, when she responded to Revdex.com and stated it was 3cc, which was not consistent.  She also said she would take care of $650 that was not supposed to charge.  She said she would talk to the doctor. Additionally, she said I consented and signed for the receipt, which is not true.  She didn't give me a receipt, so I never signed the receipt.  Do you see my signature anywhere on the receipt?  As you see my application form on the 3rd attachment, my signature is not a opal shaped circle, which is on the receipt that the clinic submitted to Revdex.com.   it is a falsified signature, if the clinic insists it were my signature.
one more, when Credit Company questioned "if the customer charged a wrong amount?" the clinic answered "yes". The clinic should have charged only $219 for the [redacted] injection.Bottom line is that they charged me twice for one treatment.  According to the clinic, the treatment should last about 1 - 1-1/2 years. The doctor didn't inject any other place of my face, on the same spot she was going to injected on 24 Feb 17.  I never requested any additional dermal filler injection...only requested for the [redacted],, and the fee was consented at #[redacted].Therefore, I have been charged twice for one treatment, so I need to get reimburse of $650.
Regards,
[redacted]
