Dr Sound advertises upholstery repair. I took my car there for minor door panel repair and they totally screwed it up. I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed properly. What was worse was the attitude of the owner. He told me that nobody ever told me that the repair would actually match the other door panels. This was a simple repair and I cannot understand why it couldn't be done to my satisfaction (or by any reasonable persons expectations). I asked for my money back and he said "no." I told him I would take him to small claims court and he said, "I'll see you in court." What kind of a business owner lets a customer walk away unhappy? Dr Sound, that's who! Don't go there for anything or you will be met with rude and indifferent service.
