Review: I was in their office location in Bethesda on Friday May 24, 2013. An eye exam was performed and I ordered a pair of prescription eye glasses which I need to be bale to work and read. I fully paid for the whole service and my order the same day. I was told that my eye glasses will be ready by Friday May 31, 2013. I called and they told me that my order has been delayed and it will be ready by Tuesday June 4, 2014. I called again on June 04, 2013 and I was told that my order will be ready by Friday June 07, 2013. Today is Monday June 10, 2013 and when I called, their office manager refused to call me back after couple of hours of waiting. Nobody even has given me a date that when my eye glasses will be ready and basically I am just waiting and waiting and have a hard time working and reading as a medical researcher. This office fails to respect their promise and fails to have a proper explanation that what was wrong and when I would expect to receive my order.Desired Settlement: At this point , I need to wait for their delivery anyhow but I am really frustrated by the attitude of this medical office toward their patients and customers.
