The mother indicated it was her mother who filed the complaint and that she had no complaints with the business and they way they handled the repair of the glassesThe business alleges they advised the consumer the office has a strict insurance policy guidelines they must follow when performing repairs for their patient [redacted] alleges she advised the mother of the patient they will no longer do business with her mother (the complainant) because she filed a complaint [redacted] indicated as long a the mother and not the grandmother of the patient brings the child(ren) into the office ( [redacted] confirmed the office see multiple family members) the business will continue to assist themBut if the family is not happy with their service the business has the right to refuse service to the family [redacted] stated the mother understood the company policy and will bring the children in herself so the office can continue to service them
