Went to the buffet on *** China Buffet Conway South CarolinaIf there was stars for this rating I would have selected thatSushi rice was hard and crunchy traditional sushi rice has to be soft Egg rolls had some type of hard shell like chunk insideAfter placing egg drop soup in small bowl there was a weird color tinge that I thought was due to lighting etc After swallowing a spoonful of it I raised spoon for 2nd when I noticed the egg was GREEN I looked further and there was more I told wait staff and he apologized but why did it take people to continually look at the buffet soup until it was determined to replace it Not only that they LEFT IT in the effect bar until new was ready to be put out BAD NEWS Not only that but the old ladle that was in rotten egg drop soup was then put in fresh hot egg drop soup When I informed wait staff of cross contamination he just walked away Just when I didn39t think
