Review: On March 21, 2014 Dr. Rheault extracted two front teeth on the bottom jaw of my 90-year-old mother, [redacted]. Impressions for a bottom jaw denture was made on April 7, 2014 and nine additional visits to your office were made for adjustments, and lastly a realignment.

To date the realignment has not helped the plate stay in place when [redacted] eats. She uses the extra strength [redacted], but the plate still comes loose after only a few bites.

On May 12, 2014 at her next to last visit to your office you gave her three options to resolve the ill-fitted plate. She could have implants to stable the plate, the realignment of her current plate, or have a new plate made. You graciously agreed to do a realignment, which unfortunately did not help at all. If we choose the implants or a new plate, we would be responsible to pay all over again. After spending $990 for the denture we can not spend any more money or make another trip to your office. Each visit is over 100 miles for us.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of the $990 so we can get a denture made from another practice where [redacted] would be guaranteed a proper fit so she could finally eat again. I appreciate your efforts and hope you will refund the cost of the denture.
