Recently purchased items on a lot with the understanding that our approval for a membership had been approved After the purchase the owner (principal) decided that the approval was not accepted solely out of the opinions of the neighbors(who took over a parking spot that was clearly not on their lot)( in which we were going to be located next to) and the deceiving staff members hereIt is impossible to communicate with these people as it is a member only place and they feel as though they can make up rules for each situation and tell one person one thing and another something elseWe lost a lot of money on this transaction beings as we had to go with a very low offer from an individual solely because they were approved and we were not allowed to see the waiting list of individuals who were wanting in here Owner (principal) had contacted person I'm assuming a friend that had an RV (apposed to a 5th wheel or camper ) who expected us to go in and remove porches, decks, and miscitems and to take a $7,loss This was and is a very nice spot if not the nicest in the whole campground and there is no reason it wouldn't sell for what we had gave for it Also we did not even stay here night!! We had camped here in the past and never had problems with anyone until this purchase was made and there was a lot of jealous people We were also unable to get our deposit back and a deck fee of Basically we did have to sell with a $7,loss just so we were not removing items and the loss of the other $campground will not return Contacted attorneys and for all the hassle this was going to cause and the longevity it could take we chose to take the loss and be done
