Dr. Susanna Mathe/ Neurological Associates Inc.

If you are looking for a neurologist, don't stop here, keep looking. I can't say that I've seen more than one doctor at this practice, but that's not for a lack of trying. A few things I have disliked that's brought me to the cause of looking for another neurologist:

>The Dr. was initial and continually complacent with my concerns, telling me "I'd just have to live with my migraines and there was nothing more to be done." I thought it was their job to stop my pain! (Strike 1.)

>My medication was increased at one point. The office never updated with my pharmacy after my visit or a month later when I and my pharmacy left them reminders. (Strike 2) It was never done and become a huge problem down the road.

>With my most recent visit, my insurance changed and my prescriptions had to called in to a different location by the office. I followed up for a week, but received no call back from anyone in the office. I was on hold for 35 min, stopped in the office and spent another 15 minutes resolving my problem in person. (Strike 3)

I've never been satisfied with the quality of service and will be looking for what better suits my needs.
