I received an eye exam at *** *** with Tam *** O.D., Lecense #*** on April Dr** gave me a prescription for glassesI have severe astigmatism on my right eye that requires a very high prescriptionWhen I received the glasses, I still couldn't see well with my right eye and in fact my vision was worse with the glasses onA manager from *** ***, the store where I purchased the glasses, talked to Dr** to report the issue since they tried every resource possible to try to correct the problemThe only option left was to revise the prescriptionDr**’s response was that she could not do anything else to resolve the issueShe stated that the prescription she provided was the highest she could prescribe and that my astigmatism problem was just too severe
I went to a different doctor who performed an additional eye examThis doctor agreed that my astigmatism problem is severe and I require a very high prescription but that I would have to work my way up to that p
