I don't recall receiving a voice mail from them, I got sick and tired of him making up excuses why all I have is crabgrass, we watered and watered and watered therefore the weather was not a factor as he states, he did NOT work with me throughout the year, he sent me a few e mails and texts-that's it, and came to the house once. Offered me discount on new seed-WHY would I buy from them again? I already lost over $600 to them and almost $300 to Erie County water Dept.
