I am a client of Dr. Tattoff the Tempe, AZ location. I went to my appointment last week (appointments are every 6-7 weeks due to the abrasiveness of tattoo removal), and when I arrived there the building was completely shut down and deserted. The sign on the window said permanently closed. I paid up front $2,100.00 so that I could have unlimited sessions to ensure that my tattoos would be fully removed. No one called me to tell me that this location would be closing. I have called multiple numbers and have sent many emails trying to get ahold of a live human, but no one has answered any of my calls or emails or have called me back. I have only gone to 3 sessions out of the unlimited sessions I was guaranteed (i signed the contract stating this). Dr. Tattoff has stolen my money and I need help to get my money refunded asap! Thank you so much for any help you can give me with this horrible incident.
