My car has not been here for months and that is not an accurate statement about what relevance months has in any event The first notice said to contact Cornerstone which I did They are the agent of the HOA and are legally responsible for this matter Cornerstone is typically unresponsive to requests which is what happened here they should be aware if A property owners car has been towedAll of that said they did end up paying me back but no apology
Cornerstone is not legally responsible for towing on the property. We respond to a request from the Board to have someone towed. We have no authority to tow without a request from the Board. In this case a Board member towed on his own and we were not aware of it until after it had been tower. Her problem is with the Board

am, there were no parking violations or issues. The HOA also holds a contract with [redacted] to tow any vehicles parking in the fire lane (alongside garages). The HOA encourages owners to handle these types of situations with their neighbors, as Ms. [redacted] has done per her voice message. As the manager of [redacted], I assist by either contacting the owner directly or visiting the property in person, as I have done. Any past issues regarding landscaping have always been reported to landscaping and the board. Vehicle parking issues are beyond the HOA's control however they are addressed on a case by case basis at the time of violation.
Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle has Canada plates with no expiration on them. The vehicle has been in the US for longer that six months and therefore should be registered in AZ. The vehicle was towed by a Board member, not Cornerstone. We were not aware of the towing until after it had...
happened. Our manager has talked to the Board and they are considering what the next step will be. Again, she is blaming Cornerstone for something we had nothing to do with. The vehicle was towed by a Board member without our knowledge.
