One of the worst repair stores on the planetweeks to fix washer after I was told daysHORRIBLE

Beyer Appliance!!!!Worst company ever!!!! Warrenty works with this company probably because it is cheap!!!!! Friday call warrentyI don't hear anything until Mondayonly because I had to Call them because they of course lost my work order!!! Monday talked to Beyer only to schedule Wednesday between 1-5pm!!! Leave work earlywell it's 5pm No Call yet!!! Surprisedno!!! Look at their Revdex.com reviews as well!!! Worst company everThe lady Diamond at the call centernot much help either!!! Oh, did I mention they already came to "fix" my dryer a month ago!!! This is a RECALL!!!! I would give them a Zero if it allowed!!! No one should use this company ever!!! Spread the word!!

Do not use this company- they lied about how long they would have my washing machine quoting 3-days they had it for weeks, no calls, no communication, I had to call daily to see what was going on - they lied and said waiting on parts when they were short on technicians Had my machine back less than weeks, broke again and now it leaksThey pick it back up say 3-days to get it back- THEY HAVE HAD MY WASHER FOR WEEKS!!! No call, no explanation- call customer service they are rude, gave no info, promised call backs which never happenedNow I am being told at least another week THIS PLACE SUCKS SPREAD THE WORD!

*** Appliance was called by my home warranty company, GuardOne Home Warranty to fix my washing machine at the end of June After some visits to my house, which always needed "another" part ordered, and at least days between visits, they finally decided to take it into the shop That was on the 13th of August It is now the 20th of August and I cannot get an answer as to when they will even look at it This has left me without a washing machine for over daysAnd I can get no answers

They are terrible I've been dealing with them since August When their technician went out to repair my dishwasher they cracker and chipped my counter top I've been dealing with the owner's daughter since then They keep telling me they will schedule the work to be done but never have the job scheduled It is now October 29, In the meantime I've received another call from my tenant letting me know the dishwasher has been leaking and is ruining my cabinets I've talked with Beyer and was told to put in another service request with Fidelity Home Warranty They do not stand behind their work There are other good appliance repair companies out there don't do business with them

I had simply asked theme to preauthorize the laughing gas for my sonI was told that if they did that for one child with special needs they would be doing it all dayIn his response he said he would have but that is not trueAlso he said it's not his job to preauthorize which in fact according to my insurance it is his job to do soI just wanted it preauthorize so my son can get his cavity fixedI also called them again to see if they had done the pre authI never receivedid a response

It all started four weeks ago when Beyer appliance came over for my refrigeratorThe technician said is wasa computer that had to replacedand it would take one week for partto come inThe following week here comes the tech with part, puts it in and it does not work, he ordered another part comes back in a week to install it, but he said that was not the partand had to order another part another week goes by comes with the new part installs it ,seems everything alright, until next day temperator is going up in refrigerator called Beyer and left message to call back, next day no call back, I called again and finally got someone, told her I needed a tech, because food starting to spoilShe said the earlist would be the following Wednesday andt his is FridayI wanted to talk to manager and he was not availableSo weeks later I still have a broken refrigeratorSome advise to you think twice to take this company

This approach was recommended to avoid the potentially long delay in treatment
It was made very clear to the mother that we were not going to " hold him down so he is
still." She was told that restraints would be used to prevent the chi ld from kicking and
hitting and hurting themselves during the procedureIt was explained to her that this was
a papoose board and the purpose of the papoose board is for the child' s safety
With that being said, I would like to say that it is neither my responsibility nor my
office's responsibility to file prior authorizations with insurance companiesThat is NOT
my legal responsibility; it is the responsibility of the patientAs a courtesy and good
customer service, we offer to do that on the patient's behalf because filing the paperwork
can be very confusingI am disinclined to ex tend that privilege to individuals who are
unappreciative of the extra time and effort that is required to do so

Beyer appliance was sent by my home warranty for my cooktopThe initial technician indicated he wasn't sure he could get parts and would contact the home warrantyAfter one week Beyer called and said they were sending a senior technician and scheduled for the following weekI met him and the first tech at my home.when the senior tech began to look at my cooktop he started pulling on burners , disrespecting my appliance, pulling on wires and harassing me about not having drip pans and was going to deny my claim I called Beyer and explained my frustration with the senior techThey indicated they would talk to the manager and return my callA return call never happened

Beyer came to my house because they were dispatched from my home warranty companyThe guy showed up and said that he has to order a partI asked him if they needed to collect the service fee of 75$He said no, that he will collect when the item is fixedI heard nothing from them for daysThen I get an email from my home warranty that says I requested that a new company be dispatched and the warranty company said that Beyer told them that I refused serviceI called Beyer and the receptionist said that they did not tell my home warranty company that I refusedMy home warranty company also told me I would not be responsible for the Beyer service feeA new company came and did the work and DID NOT have to order partsThey attempted to scam my home warranty company out of parts and now I got a bill from the home warranty for the beyer service feeBeyer and my warranty company are scamming peopleI am filing a separate complaint for the home warrantyI am not paying this $se
