The person you are speaking about had an account that was six months past dueAll of our patients sign a form that specifically tells them that after thirty days we expect to be paidHe told us he was working with his insurance company so we patiently waited for him to resolve his issues with
themHe told me he was having financial problems when he spoke to meI did tell him I would give him a discount as a courtesy, but that I could not send him a receipt because our office was closedI did speak to the person who processes the credit cards, and she mailed a credit card receipt to him on the day she processed the card.(she mailed it to an Arizona address)
I did call this guy and tell him that I think he is not an honest person, because when he wrote his very dishonest review, he not only did it using a different name, he was not truthful about the FACT that I offered him a discount because of his "financial situation"I did not offer him a discount to compel him to pay his bill, he was already headed for collectionsI did tell him that since he chose to dump on my goodwill I don't really think he should benefit from it
Furthermore, I take extreme offense at the fact that I was recorded without giving my consent, or being informed of such
Because of people like this very dishonest man, we have changed our hardship policy
Once again, I would request that before you consider what this unhappy person has to say, you run a credit check on him and consider that he not only posted his review under a different name, but he also recorded me illegally
