husband.  Grandmother has brought the patient the pass several time and swears there in no other insurance. The insurance in verified each time and the patient has been effective with stepdad insurance since 05/25/2012. I actually had to get that insurance to send me a copy of the parenting schedule to send to dad because I tried several time to contact them via phone and mail. When grandmother called on 11/20/2017 she wanted to know the balance and if insurance had paid. We told her we were still waiting on secondary in which she then again stated patient doesn't have a secondary insurance so we they told her the balance was $108.00. Which was the remaining balance for the whole account once the secondary insurance was removed. We have on several occasions tried to explain that we have confirmed the secondary insurance is active.
