untrue. I was never told about an additional fee when booking the appointment, nor when I dropped my car off. The Groupon clearly states there MAY be an additional fee if a bypass is needed. I was never informed a bypass was needed. The employee added a fee after I signed a contract. The owner posted a video online without my consent, but it clearly showed the employee added something to the contract as my head was turned, and I never signed anything after that. He posted videos and a picture of me online without my consent, which is also illegal from a business owner inside of his business. My mother tried to contact Groupon to have the amount paid refunded, and Groupon stated the business owner refused due to the work being done. We did not get the work done. Something may have been installed in my car, but I have no way to use it. This owner is completely unprofessional, and if the money is not refunded, I will be pursuing legal action next month.
