D&R Tires & Automotive

In summation, D & R Tire & Automotive installed a tire improperly causing my tire to fall off while driving causing an accident.
On Saturday, March 9th, 2013, I had a tire installed by D & R tire and automotive located at 302 N. Highway 27, Clermont FL. Last night after 7:00 PM while traveling on John Young parkway in Orlando, my tire came off the truck completely causing the accident to occur. The truck skid several feet and caused structural damage to my passenger side of the truck. The front right bumper pushed in from the impact causing the right side door not to open. In addition the rim was destroyed as well. I called AAA and a tow truck picked me up that evening. The tow truck operator found a lug nut and bolt from the truck that was not even tight. The truck has been towed to the autobody shop and is going to need repairs. I contacted D & R toay to give him a chance to come out and look at my truck and he refused. He states that "his camera has proof that the tire was installed correctly", I asked him point blank does this magic camera measure tork pressure? He got very defensive and refused to even look at the damage caused. D & R kept insisting the job was done right he even stated that he remembered the truck being serviced but the fact of the matter he was not even there Saturday while the truck had the tire put on. In closing, the only way a tire falls of a car is when lug nuts are too tight or not tight enough. D & R has shown what kind of company they are by not even wanting to inspect what happened. I am seeking the following from D & R, full reinbursement for the following items.
1. The towing from Orlando back to Clermont.
2. The cost of the broken custom rim.
3. The cost of the body work to be performed at the auto collision shop.
4. The cost of repair for damages within the chasis.
5. The cost of my deductible.

In closing, D & R put a tire on the front right side of my truck and it was the front right side tire that fell off. D & R despite his claim a camera is proof that they did put the tire on properly will not prove how little or how much force was exereted or not. We do not dispute he put the tire on, we dispute that the tire was put on correctly. The camera will also show that D & R son had freinds in the shop and this could be part of the reason for the mis install.
