Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:there are ads in the Daily Oklahoman as we speak and now on t.v.also, I must have erred in the date I started treatment it was indeed in JuneI had misread my Care Credit statement from Synchrony Bank ( which I HAD to take out in order to pay for treatment ahead of time) as I previously stated. Please also explain how I have since been to two orthopedic surgeons and both have told me knee is bone on bone and has been for quite some time Sincerely, [redacted] ***

There are multiple inaccurate claims in M s***'s accusations D [redacted] claims she took her treatment in Dr***' office October According to our records she took her treatments 6/17-7/The Daily Oklahoman has no advertisement on record in that states Dr [redacted] provided an evaluation at "no charge." As per the ad, she paid $for the evaluation Although she has no working knowledge of Dr***' office business matters, Ms [redacted] claims "all patients are required to pay up front," This is another accusation As claimed in the letter, no "heat pads" were applied to Ms [redacted] during any treatment session in Dr***' office.Based on Dr***' evaluation it was his opinion D [redacted] was a candidate for non-surgical treatmentMs[redacted] did not complete the treatment plan recommended by Dr*** Due to the fact tha-t-s-he did not complete the recommended treatment plan, less than optimal results could be expected On her lastvisit 7-7-she personally completed her progress notes stating her condition is slightly bettersince her last visit.Upon voluntarily choosing to begin her treatment plan, Ms [redacted] signed and dated (on file) a Service Agreement acknowledging this treatment, like all medical treatments has no guarantee of results, as every person's body will respond differently. Her"desired settlement" as per her Revdex.com complaint says "Modification/discontinuance of an advertised claim or stop advertisement promises" seem to be confusing since no ad placedin the Oklahoman by Dr [redacted] inmakes a "claim or promise" regarding treatments performed in his office

There are multiple inaccurate claims in M s. [redacted]'s accusations.
D. [redacted] claims she took her treatment in Dr. [redacted]' office October 2016.
According to our records she took her treatments 6/17-7/17. The Daily Oklahoman has no advertisement on record in 2016 that states Dr. [redacted] provided an...

evaluation at
"no charge." As per the ad, she paid $27 for the evaluation.  Although
she has no working
knowledge of Dr. [redacted]' office business matters, Ms. [redacted] claims "all
patients are required to pay up front," This is another false accusation.
As claimed in the letter, no "heat pads" were applied to Ms. [redacted]
during any treatment session in Dr. [redacted]' office.Based
on Dr. [redacted]' evaluation it was his opinion D. [redacted] was a candidate for
non-surgical treatment. Ms.[redacted] did
not complete the treatment plan recommended by Dr. [redacted].
Due to the fact tha-t-s-he did not     complete the  recommended treatment plan, less than optimal
results could be expected.  On her lastvisit 7-7-15 she personally completed her progress notes stating her condition is slightly bettersince her last visit.Upon voluntarily choosing to
begin her treatment plan, Ms. [redacted] signed and dated (on file) a Service Agreement
acknowledging this treatment, like all medical treatments has no guarantee of
results, as every  person's
body will respond differently. Her"desired settlement" as per her Revdex.com complaint says "Modification/discontinuance of an advertised claim or stop advertisement promises" seem to be confusing since no ad placedin the Oklahoman by Dr. [redacted] in2016 makes a "claim or promise" regarding treatments performed in his office.
