Dr. Tubs Reglazing

Recently used Dr. Tubs to reglaze our metal tub, the whole process was super easy and fast. You submit photos, the lovely Enza calls and confirms what services required, then you book a date. All in all, I had my tub reglazed in less than 2 weeks and it looks brand new!

I recently had a bath and wall liner installed by Dr. Tubbs. Effie came to my home and explained about the material used and spend approximately 1 1.2 hours measuring the area. A couple of days later he returned for some more measurements as his technician had suggested some alterations.

The installation was done within a day and I was extremely pleased with the care and concern. Both Effie and the technician were very pleasant and the working area was cleaned up as the job progressed. I am so pleased with my bathroom. My home is approximately 48 years old and with the new liner and wall liner it has made such an improvement. I had purchased a safety bar and a towel bar and Effie was pleased to install these with no extra charge.

I would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in upgrading their bathroom to call Dr. Tubs.

Enza was very helpful in her explanation of the process and after submitting photos, I received a very reasonable quote. I'm a Realtor and have used Dr. Tubs twice now...once for a client and now just recently for my own tub. The service they provide is excellent. The tub looks amazing and brand new. Dr. Tubs was great to work with. They made this dreading project easy to understand and turnaround time was efficient. They were able to quote based on the pictures we sent which made for only one visit to our home which was to complete the repair work. They were professional and knowledgeable.

On 9/20/17, technician Gerald arrived to repair a deep (black) chip in my metal tub, along with reglazing the entire tub and applying the "no slip" surface. Gerald was extremely polite, efficient and did a great job. Upon completion, the chip was no longer visible and the "no slip" surface actually works! I am no longer afraid of falling while showering. The entire process took about 4 hours and was well worth it. There is a (slight) odor for approximately 24 hrs., but it dissipated by leaving the bathroom window open during that period. Gerald explained the process and after I inspected the tub, he did a great job in cleaning up. I did some light dusting and sweeping afterwards, just to remove some additional residue from dust, but it was minimal. All in all, I am quite pleased with the result and would recommend Dr. Tubs.

I included the slip-resistant option, which is a wonderful addition to this service. The technician arrived on time, was highly professional, and the job was done efficiently, with no mess, and excellent results. I am delighted with the service from start to finish.
