Dr. Urshan's Weight Loss Center has a program that is very easy to follow. I was diligent and complied with all that was necessary to do. I lost 30.2 pounds in 40 days. I was so encouraged , I continued on and lost another 20 pounds. It's been 3 months since I've been off the program and have successfully kept the weight off.
