We at Dr. Wash appreciate your business and thank you for bringing your car to us on Sunday, April 2, 2017. We apologize for the issue involving a stain on your car's driver-side floor mat. However, we can confirm that the stain was not introduced by our workers. Our workers work in a clean... environment and serviced hundreds of vehicles that day, with no other complaints about dirt marks being left behind. In our car-wash area, there is no dirt for our workers' shoes to track into your car.We do acknowledge that there was a pre-existing black mark - not made of dirt, but more of a scuff - which, at your request, our workers tried to remove from the floor mat of your car's beige interior. We apologize that we could not remove it, but we do believe it is removable. As we are certain we did not cause the issue, we regretfully respond that we cannot accept responsibility for it.You reported a strong scent of alcohol after our workers tried to treat the scuffmark. Our cleaning solutions contain no alcohol, though it's possible you detected a citrus-like smell. We apologize if the scent was bothersome.We are grateful for your patronage of Dr. Wash and we apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. Thank you.The staff & management of Dr. Wash

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]I do not accept the response, I had no prescription existing stain, your manager Matthew was extremely rude, who walks away from a customer while they are expressing a complaint, that's unacceptable The stain was made by your workers and they acknowledged it because they apologized, unfortunately they did not succeed in cleaning my carpet If this is not rectified immediately I will have to contact your corporate office and the FTC
