This complaint involves much more than just billing issues It all began with the online quote form I completed on their website and the I received a call from PHILPhil asked several questions and we had discussed all that was being movedHe told us the movers would remove our wall mounted televisions, wrap them, and then remount them at the new homeWe were told the movers would take all boxes to marked rooms at the new location, these were both LIES!!!When all was said and done we were quoted an incorrect price as well and ended up paying out an additional $ The lies are not even what is most upsetting, the service and lack of customer care or concern is what was most upsettingOnce Phil made his sale, he quit ALLHe would not answer our calls or return messagesHe made his sale so he could have cared lessThen we were forced to speak with others in this company (I use this term loosely)We spoke to ROBERT, KEVINMARIA, and LOUISThere was another woman but I ca

I contracted Relocation Express to move me from NJ to FloridaThe agent Phil M*** gave me am estimate based on my home goods of $When they arrived at my home they hit me with a bill of $I agreed to $with no other surprises because of the urgency of my moveThis was on Aug, I was made another promise by the Agent and foreman Sean that from the day of pick-up, my move would take 3-days to be delivered to my new locationI arrived in Florida on 08/28/I called their dispatch department and was told my move was still in NJ and had not leftNow the story is that it takes 3-days from the day I moved into my new apartmentI asked to speak to a supervisorBoth times he was not available, and I was told he would callIt's now 08/31/2017, NO CALL, NO FURNITURE, NO DELIVERY DATE! Written contract stated pickup on 6/23/and delivery in to days after 6/23/ Pickup was late -on 6/24/ Delivery was done on 7/8/2017, over days accordingly to contractI contacted the people from the Sales Dept - that issued the written contract to advice on failure to comply with pickup and delivery dates and they told me (Mr Phil and Mr Robert) that Relocation Express will mawith a credit of $for the inconvenience on the moving service At the time of the final payment, these two managers declined to cover the inconveniences cost Due to the late delivery I paid $in rental furniture and $in hotel rentalIn addition to the failure on delivery/pickup, some of my furniture arrive broken, which the delivery truck driver took note of that Broken furniture included that dining table and three chairs that represents a cost of $Relocation Express is not responding to my calls to cover for the broken furniture

this is a moving companyit has been a month since they picked up I can not get them to return my calls regarding the delivery of my furniturei have already paid them over $ when I have spoken with them, it has been troublesome they will not let me know the statusi have been without furniture for a month

I knew that there are few good movers around but it was hard find the best optionHowever I did my research and finally decided to use Relocation-Express though I had better offersWhen they performed well I was happy with my decisionIt was not an easy move to handle because of the fragile items and some very old and heavy furnitureThere were every bit of chance of making mistakes but their movers are well trained and very experiencedThey applied their skills and used their experience to perfection and completed the task without any errorsSo, I have decided to use Relocation- Express whenever I need to move again thank you Robert, Thank you Relocation-Express

All I can say is thank you to Relocation Express! They were a godsend to me and my family, getting us moved and taking care of everything from start to finishWe could not have done this without them and we are so grateful for their desecration, efficiency and help in generalI highly recommend them
