In discussing with our accountant and thinking about your concerns of prolonging the closure to the issue, I felt that we should settle the entire matter at this time. Enclosed you will find a check for full settlement as agreed. I would once again like to thank you for your patience and professionalism in regards to the claim. What occurred was not typical of the services Weiss provides and we can only hope that you feel that the matter was handled fairly.
