outcome explained. 3) Level of after hour emergency care was explained and referral to emergency center offered and declined by owners. 4) Explained that veterinarians do not call owners after hours. Explained that A.M. exams finish at 9:30 and to call for update at that time. 5) Cat expired shortly after owners had left. Owners not charged for any treatment of animal. Owners only charged examination fee. 6) Cummings Veterinary Clinic was their original veterinarian until they wrote a non-sufficient fund check in 2002 that has since never been paid and their account has subsequently been written off. 7) This group of people have numerous arrest records through the county for theft by deception, welfare fraud, and LIBEL/SLANDER.
