If a customer does not like our product, we issue a full refund. This was offered to this customer, during her call to us. During the call she was very argumentative, made a number of derogatory statements and demanded $2500 dollars. In a subsequent letter she threatened to contact the Revdex.com or consumer protection agency. The customer claims our product seal leaked onto her car's leather seat.
