oils, essential oils, sea salt, citric acid and shea butter. We have been in business for over 10 years without ever having a Revdex.com complaint. If a customer does not like our product, we issue a full refund. This was offered to this customer, during her call to us. During the call she was very argumentative, made a number of derogatory statements and demanded $2500 dollars. In a subsequent letter she threatened to contact the Revdex.com or consumer protection agency. The customer claims our product seal leaked onto her car's leather seat. She states she used the product for two weeks, and was returning the product to her place of purchase when the seal leaked eating a hole in her seat and demanded we pay for the $2,500 estimate to repair the seat. We declined to repair what appears to be a stain on the seat (picture enclosed). But, the sea I had to have been removed from the customer to use the product. To prevent leaking, our products have a seal under an easy open disc cap. To use the product, the customer has to unscrew the cap and remove the seal in order to use the soap. Since the customer used the product for two weeks, she had to have removed the seal to use the soap in the first place and would have had to squeeze the bottle forcing soap up into and through the cap. The customer was not satisfied with the product. If she had contacted us, we would have sent her a full refund. She elected to take her product back to her place of purchase. After removing the seal and using the product for two weeks, she then placed an unsealed liquid product on her seat where it was not secured upright. The bottle had to be laying on its side to leak. The unsealed bottle was not placed in any type of protective covering, such as a plastic bag, or secured from tipping over. Nor do we know what the customer used to clean up her seat. Our soap would not "eat a hole in leather" as claimed. We have turned the matter over to our insurance carrier, but do not feel responsible for the stain she caused by her own negligence. If you wish any other information, please advise.
