Dr. Yuri Prikoupenko and Women's Surgery Center

Review: After a 40 minute surgery at the Women's Surgery Center ([redacted]), the nurse told me of two breach of surgery contracts terms I had with Dr. Yuri and the Women's Surgery Center: 1) I was told that the 4" polyp that two physicians had diagnosed ought to be removed was NOT removed during the surgery; 2) I was told that both external (genital) digital photographs were taken in addition to internal digital images were taken ( I had authorized only internal digital images be taken of the surgical procedure itself; images of my genitals are not educational at all, since my genitals are ordinary). I have a written contract with the WSC that provides for the WSC to own all tissue removed during the surgery. The nurse showed me 2 polyps 1/2 inch tall and about 1/3 inch in diameter preserved for biopsy at a lab; however, there was not the 4" polyp that was supposed to be removed and for which removal I contracted and paid. The nurse specifically told me that no large polyp had been removed, only the two small ones I was shown. My written contract with the Women's Surgery Center also provided that only images of the surgical procedure,itself, would be recorded and only for educational purposes. I was a tenured professor and taught premed and nursing students and was employed to make evaluations of what are professionally valid educational materials in medicine; I have seen genital pictures in sex manuals and know of a certainty that recorded images of my ordinary, typical genitals have no educational value in any context. All genital images taken of me at WSC must be destroyed as not authorized--even if they exist on computer harddrives. I only authorized Women's Surgery Center to use the internal surgical recorded images, NOT their transfer, nor sale to Dr. Yuri. We also need to clear up the status of the 4" polyp. Was the nurse lieing as the result of lack of supervision? Also, the same nurse told me to use 5 year old medicine to control post-surgery pain--a 2005 Rx.Desired Settlement: !) All recorded images of my external genitals destroyed--even if these are stored on a hard drive, since anyone can post those images at any time on YTube and pornographic websites, if they are allowed to exist. They are a violation of modesty and should never have been taken in the first place. 2)Clear up what the status is of the 4" polyp and what needs to be done about that. 3) I believe that I might have been scheduled at the WCS due to lack of human experimentation supervision there.
