I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your
reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This does not resolve my complaintI went in for a simple remedy for the pain I received from that particular tooth and now I am left with a huge dental bill to fix what DrGeller dos to my toothMy current dentist can not do ANYTHING to save the tooth and I have to get it extracted which will cost about $300-Why should DrGeller get away with not completing his work and taking ownership of what he did? I want some sort of conclusion to this I will report him to the WDA if this is not resolvedI will report him to the WDA for negligent care. [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]

[redacted] had an appointment with me in my office at 12 PM to finalize an agreement in order for me to
return funds to Delta Dental Insurance company.
She newer showed up.
I took an additional step and send her X-rays to Endodontist - root canal specialist.
His conclusion - work was done properly. As far as I now she still has the tooth.
I don't know what else can I do.
At this time I can't return fund to insurance co.
