After seeing the invoice to the tub it came to my attention that it was actually Gabe who resurfaced the tub and signed a contract,Gabe is not and has not been with us for a few years now, regardless My final offer to help with the refinishing of the tub is $If so please provide full name and address to send a check,this is the absolute most we are willing to help with and as far as I will continue to address this matter
We make it a point to stay on top of our clients needs and concerns at all timesWe have just recently received one! phone call with a message from this client over the past holiday week at which time we are closed for business as we.are all out of town with family for the holidaysWe will contact this client upon our return next week to discuss and resolve the issue
