Review: I paid 1200 that day because I was 2 months away from my wedding and since there package was only 1500 we wanted to pay as much as we could not. I was under the impression that the retainer of $500 was applied and then the balance of $700 would be applied to remaining balance. My fiance fell and broke his hip leaving us to cancel our wedding for now when I informed the company they said I could not get any of the 1200 back because when I gave it to them it changed the retainer from $500 which is clearly stated in there contract to $1200. I didn't realize when you pay people early it changed there company policy. Again it was to apply the remaining to the balance owed.They are penalizing me for paying you in advance, which I only did because our wedding was in 2 months and we wanted to be financially free with all vendors.On page 1 you clearly state what your companies retainer is ($500)2. On page 2 you have a section labeled Payment, which discusses payment paid on day of signing contract and when remaining balance is due. Not changing of your companies entire Retainer.3. In that same section you had $750 original but again on page one you said your COMPANIES Retainer is $5004. I would just like my money that is due to me refundedDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded my money per contract I signed. If you review contract which I have attached it states companies retainer which does not change and then it states what I paid that day as a receipt to me.
