arrived and to schedule an appointment for replacement. I was unable to schedule this with you due to your inappropriate language and you disconnecting the line twice during our conversation. Karen from Glass Doctor has already contacted you and we will be taking care of paying Glass Doctor for replacing the glass. We also did not bill you for the service done on July 3rd since you did report an issue with that specific service. First off we would like to thank Mr. [redacted] for allowing us the opportunity to get this resolved. We received his original call on 10/03/16. Stating he was the neighbor to our customer and noticed we had damaged his sprinkler heads between their property line. Our CSR [redacted] notified Lead and asked...

for invoice of company Mr. [redacted] hired to get sprinklers fixed.  On 10/04/16  we received the invoice from [redacted] with [redacted] in Kyle, which Mr. [redacted], which was so kindly to submit. On 10/06/16, [redacted] our Accounting Manager sent off the $75 reimbursement check to him through the mail. Mr. [redacted] inquired each business day until it arrived. Which [redacted]  and [redacted] our Customer Service Manager had a chance to explain to Mr. [redacted] that check had already been processed and would be arriving any day now. As for the damage, we wished we would have had the opportunity to get it resolved through our Damage/Repair process. In this particular situation, we went ahead and approved a one time third party invoice to be submitted without a site visit from our area manager which is our normal protocol for damages. We trust Mr. [redacted] and understood that he took care of the issue rather quickly, which was expected.  We are also thankful that after the check arrived at his home, Mr. [redacted] reverted his yelp comment and was very happy to hear that we took care of it. I have attached the communication and latest review. We also will contact [redacted] with [redacted] in Kyle to gather information on what area of the property was affected. We take damages very seriously, and just  want to avoid this from ever happening again in the future.We are very happy that Mr. [redacted] is satisfied and will recommend us to others.
