Saturday October 3rd, DraftKings experienced a contest data issue with MMA, causing a fight included in that night's MMA contests to start and conclude before our scheduled time tonight of 7pm ETBecause it started early, consumers were able to edit or change lineups in MMA with
full knowledge of the results of that fight. Given that the integrity of those MMA games is impacted by this fight starting early, we have no choice but to cancel the MMA 7pm ET contests and refund all contest entriesWhich this consumer receivedOn October 3rd, 2015. We understand the frustration this will cause for our players, and investigated several options, but ultimately determined that this is the only fair and equitable solution for our playersWe will be doing a full investigation into the root cause of the start time data being off, and how to prevent this from happening again. As our way of saying sorry, we will also be running a free-entry $10,000 MMA contest on October 24th in apology and appreciation for our MMA playersUnder no circumstance will we be issuing any additional forms of compensation predicated on "Potential" winnings as these contests never ran and the consumers request is predicated on speculative results. I did this yesterday and received nothing back. I still have not received a phone number to call, a name of an employee to contact or an e-mail other then the support e-mail which is ignored. It has been over two weeks since I won $10,and have gotten no indication from Draftings that they are willing to pay me what is owed. I have attached what is needed in case draftkings says again that they have not received my e-mail. Please respond as soon as you are able

This consumer has contacted our support team twice and each response sent back to this consumer the email clearly states "We are currently experiencing high service volumes at the momentIf you do not find the answer to your inquiry below, please reply directly to this email." The consumer has
failed to respond to those very emails thus not receiving a reply directly from a support agentFurthermore, the user has received their $Winnings in the form of an entry ticket which was explicitly shown within the contest they obtained it fromThe $Entry ticket is currently in the consumers account and was so on 10/31/01:41am when it was credited upon placing in a prize paying position. Entry tickets serve as a free entry into a specific contestYou can receive entry tickets by winning them in specific DraftKings qualifier contests or purchasing them in the VIP Store Upon submitting your lineup into that ticket specific contest, your ticket will be automatically redeemed as way of entryTo view which contests your ticket is redeemable for, go to the My Account page (using a desktop/laptop device), click My Tickets (on the left hand side) and then the "Redeem" button. The consumer lacked the fundamental basics ideology of "Qualifier" contests which they entered to procure the said ticketThe consumer can easily go into their account and view this ticket as statedAdditionally, by going to their Transactions page via their My Account page they will clearly see the entry ticket credit under their winnings tab

We understand that this is a very polarizing issue for our users and that for every user who enjoys NBA more with late swap, there is another who is disappointed that we don't offer it in NBARemoving late swap allows more NBA fans to participate in DFS NBA regardless of their schedules or

While the dispute has been removed by my creditor the actions of Draftkiings policies do need a extra review from other source so, the dispute is removed

The consumer must verify their account prior to their withdrawal request being submitted. We have sent the consumer two emails in attempt to procure their state issue ID to no avail. The consumer must locate email Incident #[redacted] (sent on Saturday) and attach their ID directly to that thread....

Once we have procured their ID we will verify their account and process their request. The consumer should NOT send a new email and them must locate the said email and attach their ID directly to it.

As stated in the previous reply the consumer received the following confirmation email regarding the withdrawal request in question:  "Hi [redacted],Your $100.00 DraftKings Withdrawal has been processed.  Please check your My Account page for details of how your request was processed.Your confirmation number is [redacted].Also note that our policy on withdrawals is to first refund you back through your original payment source, and then to transfer the additional balance owed to you via [redacted] or Check as requested.  [redacted] refunds will take 3-5 business days to show in your account.  Credit Card refunds will take 2-7 business days.How your withdrawal was fulfilled:- Refunded 4 transactions totaling $100.00 to [redacted] card ending in [redacted].Please let us know if you have any questions. As stated in the aforementioned confirmation email, we refunded 4 transactions totaling $100.00 to [redacted] card ending in [redacted]. The consumer is failing to realize that they will NOT see a lump sum of $100.00 post back to this account, but rather 4 (as the email states) individual transactions totaling $100.00 post back to the respective card. The consumer should review their account statement carefully and they will find 4 individual refunds from DraftKings within their account. There is no further action the company will be able to take regarding this matter.

 They have paid the two checks- I have yet to be paid for this contest I won; Draftkings states that my entry didn't or doesn't exsist? As you can see it's real and I won 4,000 dollars with my first place score 484.

The rules, which are not clearly stated by draftkings, and not allowing player changes, puts players in this position, making it completely a game of chance, and not skill.  In addition, losing close to $1,000, is not made up for by giving  a person a 1/5000 chance to win back a small portion of their money.  draftkings takes an extremely large amount of commission on each game, yet, have set less than clear rules that are to no benefit of anyone but themselves. In addition, when this same situation happened last year, I was refunded my entries, showing no consistency in their business ethics.

The user in question failed to complete the swaps as said and we have recorded proof within our database to validate these claims.

This consumer did not provide any specifics in their refusal. There is no further action the business can take.

This user was banned for disputing a $9,000.00 deposit they authorized. This was the third offense of this kind and per our Terms of Use we denied this user the right to participate on our site. We will not address future emails from this consumer.
