We are glad to see that others in the industry have followed suit and believe that this is an important next step in retaining the trust of our players.DraftKings has engaged a legal team from [redacted], led by former United States Attorney [redacted], to review our findings and conduct an investigation specific to the allegations against one of our employees. We will release the summary of those findings upon completion.Furthermore, in order to maximize the integrity of our product and the protection of our players, we have been working with [redacted] to advise us on ensuring that our policies and practices are second to none.DraftKings’ explosive growth is a testament to our ability to deepen our fans’ engagement with the sports they love. We are committed to reinforcing the trust and security of our millions of loyal customers. The evidence clearly shows that the employee in question did not receive the data on player utilization until 1:40 p.m. ET on Sunday, September 27. Lineups on [redacted] locked at 1:00 p.m. ET that day, at which point this employee (along with every other person playing in a [redacted] contest) could no longer edit his player selections.  This employee could not have used the information in question to make decisions about his [redacted] lineup.  Again, there is no evidence that any information was used to create an unfair advantage, and any insinuations to the contrary are factually incorrect. As an industry, DraftKings, along with and the Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA) and [redacted], has always understood that nothing is more important than the integrity of the games we offer to fans. For that reason, the FSTA has included in its charter that member companies must restrict employee access to and use of competitive data for play on other sites. At this time, there is no evidence that any employee or company has violated any rules. That said, we have heard from our users that they would appreciate more clarity about the rules for this issue. As of now, we have decided to prohibit employees from participating in online fantasy sports contests for money, and we are also evaluating all of our internal controls.There is no issue between the consumer and the merchant. The consumer has failed to submit a withdrawal request for their remaining $10.40 balance. They simply could have done this themselves, by going to their My Account page, clicking on Withdrawal and then submitting a request. As the consumer has failed to do so at this time, we have submitted a withdrawal request on their behalf for $10.40. The consumer will receive a confirmation email from our Accounting Department once the request has been processed. The consumer can then expect to see these funds post to their deposit source within 2-8 business days.

Revdex.com: the have already filed 2 requests, I wont be filing a third. one on 11/3 and they sent me a verification email saying fill out another request.I sent my ID and shortly after that they cancelled my request.....I will not be satisfied until administration contacts me personally. because obviously they are not being truthful. I sent a id on the 3rd and they cancelled my request shortly after that, again on the 5th, ans my inquiries went unanswered, so I sent another I sent another sent another on the 15 and shortly after they cancelled....im not going thru this again, somebody from administration can contact me with the number I gave the Revdex.com night or day. one question is, "how long after a request is filed is it cancelled"??? the answer is there is no set time, but when you give them a picture id for the third time....they already had my ID from the first time they cancelled, because I got verification, so why not just send the money immediately when I filled out my second id?....and you did receive the id before you cancelled, and I bet a forensic computer analyst could prove that, and its looking like thats the way its heading. the only way this get worked out is if a admin calls me and tells me there sorry for the stall tactics, or for the incompetence for the workers involved

The consumer has filed a dispute with [redacted] regarding their deposit thus making them ineligible for the promotion at this time. DraftKings Support team does not have access to our partners databases to determine whether or not the fulfillment of a promotional offer has been validated. We apologize for the delay and our Marketing team has been made aware of this issue.

[redacted]- At this time we will not verify your account using the Revdex.com services as it is not a secured website to store documentation. Please respond to  Incident #[redacted] which was sent to [redacted] on Monday 01:33 pm and your account will be verified.

The dispute the consumer filed against he merchant has been settled in the consumers favor. Per the merchants terms of service," If any deposit is charged back any winnings generated from DraftKings contests shall be invalidated, forfeited and deducted from your Account balance. In addition, the amount of the initial deposit will be invalidated, forfeited and deducted from the Account balance. DraftKings reserves the right to close your account – without notice – shall a deposit be charged back." The merchant has refunded the consumers full account balance, minus the $75 in disputed charges. At this time the merchant will not be reinstating the consumers account as it is in violation of the merchants terms of service.

This matter has been resolved between the consumer and merchant. The consumer's request was processed on 12/02/2015 05:17pm with the confirmation code of [redacted].

The consumer violated the merchants terms of service by providing monetary incentives for subsequent users to join. The merchant has sufficient evidence the user consumer promoted he would pay any user who signed up through the consumers referral link in order to obtain promotional credits. This is...

a violation of our Refer A Friend terms of service, as outlined in attached. On the consumers account, the $5 deposit was refunded and processed on 1/27/2016. These funds will be posted in the users bank account within 8 business days. As the consumer violated the merchants terms of service, the merchant is exercising their right to withhold any winnings in the consumers account above their deposit total. At this time the merchant deems this matter resolved as it is a violation of the terms of service and player agreement. We will be happy to comply with any further mediation.

Their commercial clearly offers a free entry into the millionaire maker and says nothing about a $3 entry.

This consumer violated the merchants Terms of Service which is agreed upon account inception. As the consumer violated our terms of service multiple times, the merchant will not taking any action as we have discussed this mater at length with the consumer.

Please find my attached Drvers License. [redacted] from accounting apparently tried to send me an email yesterday requesting my license, but I never received the email, nor was it in my spam....The cable company even checked and it could not be found. Perhaps he had my email wrong, it's [redacted],not.com.I'm trying to withdraw some money, and requested 4700 on Nov. 8th 2015, but the Administration cancelled it yesterday, so I requested a withdrawal of 4850.I cannot attach my license to an email from [redacted] which I never received. Verifying consumers identity is a standard operating procedure of the merchant. As the consumer failed a knowledge based verification process, the standard operating procedure is to obtain physical documents to verify a consumers identity. This policy is explicitly stated in the merchants terms of...

service. "Entrants may be requested to complete an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (unless prohibited by law) and/or appropriate tax forms and forms of identification including but not limited to a Driver's License, Proof of Residence, and/or any information relating to payment/deposit accounts as reasonably requested by DraftKings in order to complete the withdrawal of prizes. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes." As this is outlined in our terms of service, we will require account verification to play on the site further.As a compromise, the merchant is willing to withdraw the remaining funds in the consumers account and send the funds back to the consumer. However, the consumer will not be permitted to utilize the merchants product until the verification process has been completed. Please confirm that this is the method in which the consumer would like to proceed.

To ensure account security, we require documentation the individuals that the account was attempted to be verified as. As there were multiple deposits under different names([redacted], [redacted]) , we will require verification of all individuals. As a final makegood, the merchant is willing to release the $124.5 of winnings, but the consumer will not be eligible to play until all individuals have been verified.
