in a free $10,000 free coll contest, as well as refunded the commissions for the affected entries which we feel is a amicable resolution.

The consumers account has been deleted and they will no longer receive promotional emails from the merchant.

The merchant has yet to receive confirmation that the consumer has dropped the chargeback claim against the merchant. Often times it may take the Merchant two weeks to receive word that the dispute has been dropped. We request that the consumer allows until January 29th 2016 for the merchant to receive confirmation that the dispute has been dropped. Once the dispute has been dropped, we will work amicably with the consumer to reinstate their DraftKings account.

DraftKings is responsiblefor obtaining the W9 information to be able to distribute the correct tax forms at the end of the year. As retrieving this information is required by Federal Law, the consumer must fill out the form to ensure that DraftKings is in linewith US Federal Tax Guidelines. Once the consumer completes this form, they will be  able to withdraw their funds and continue to utilize DraftKings in full.

The consumer has failed to read any email the merchant has provided. The conusmer has contacted our support staff several times and each reply states the following: We are currently experiencing high service volumes at the moment. If you do not find the answer to your inquiry below, please...

reply directly to this email. Please also utilize our FAQ page (https://www.draftkings.com/help/faq ) for additional information that may assist you. As the consumer failed to reply directly to each email they received they did not receive a direct response. They continued to send new emails in and reeive the same email and their lack of attentiveness to the email sent by merchant, led to a non-response (due to their error). The consumer currently has a cash balance of $260.00 in their account. They could have simply withdrawn the funds by going to their My Account page, clicking the Withdrawal tab and submitting a withdrawal request. As the consumer has not realized they can perform this action without contacting our support staff, we have taken the liberty of doing so for him. We have submitted a $260.00 refund request for the consumer and they will receive a confirmation from our Accounting Department once the request has been processed. The confirmation code for the refund request is [redacted] and the consumer must allow 2-8 business days for the funds to post back to their respective account.

Retrieving a W9 is required to be in line with Federal Tax Regulations. As it is DraftKings responsibility to obtain these forms and follow these regulations, consumers must fill out this form prior to withdrawing their funds. Once the form has been completed, the consumer will be able to withdraw their funds without any restrictions.  Declaration and payment of all income taxes associated contest winnings are the sole responsibility of the contest winner. Retrieval of necessary documentation is outlined in the merchants Terms of Use. All communication regarding the submission of the W9 form has been directly between the merchant and the consumer. All of DraftKings confidential information is safeguarded by SSL (Secure Socket Layer), as represented by the padlock visible on the browser’s address tab. This ensures the security of any and all private information provided by the website. The merchant encrypt's all private consumer information, available to the merchants staff only when pertinent.

The company is not willing to take any further action regarding this matter. The company has fulfilled its obligation to the consumer on the behalf of the Revdex.com.

This matter was resolved directly with consumer via our Customer Experience Team. No further action is needed at this time.

The merchant does not have a phone line for customer related matters. We receive a very high volume of inquires per day and the most efficient way to address all of them is via email. Phone support, would hinder our ability to fully address all inquiries received on a given day. All customer related inquiries are fielded via email and instant chat currently. Retrieving a W9 is required to be in line with Federal Tax Regulations. As it is DraftKings responsibility to obtain these forms and follow these regulations, consumers must fill out this form prior to withdrawing their funds. For that reason, the [redacted] has included in its charter that member companies must restrict employee access to and use of competitive data for play on other sites. At this time, there is no evidence that any employee or company has violated any rules. That said, we have heard from our users that they would appreciate more clarity about the rules for this issue. As of now, we have decided to prohibit employees from participating in online fantasy sports contests for money, and we are also evaluating all of our internal controls.While we will not be offering the consumer in question a refund of $1,400.00 we are willing to work with the consumer to resolve this matter in an amicable manner. We are willing to issuing a refund of $500.00 to the consumers account and the consumer is free to utilize those funds as they wish. If you find this a fair resolution, please confirm.

the end of the year. As retrieving this information is required by Federal Law, the consumer must fill out the form to ensure that DraftKings is in line with US Federal Tax Guidelines. Once the consumer completes this form, they will be  able to withdraw their funds. We will be more than willing to work with them during this process to resolve this matter.

The communication has been completed by the merchant and the consumer. The consumer has already been refunded the requested amount. There will be no further action taking by the merchant. If the consumer would like the mediation process to continue, we will be more than happy to comply.

The consumers withdrawal was processed  by the merchant on January 26th 2015. Per our withdrawal policies, we request that the consumer wait 8 business days for the funds to post within their bank account. In almost all cases this is much sooner than 8 business day's, however we have seen...

in rare cases it take up to the 8th business day. We ask that the consumer wait until February 3rd to receive their funds. If the consumer does not receive their funds by the 3rd, we will happily comply with any further mediation.
