Review: I purchased a pen from this business at [redacted] in [redacted], in November 2012. I used the pen once and it broke. I wrote numerous emails to the owner of the business and he finally asked that I mail the pen back and he would either fix it or send me a new one. The pen was received the first week of February and since then the business owner, [redacted], has not returned any of my email requests as to where the pen is, which was almost 100.00 when purchased. The phone number for the business is never answered either, it's a cell phone number that rings once and leaves no option to leave a voicemail.Desired Settlement: At this point I want a refund from this owner for the pen. It was a twist off cap abalone shell pen.
