Review: I sent a $200 deposit along with more than 100 pounds of alpaca fiber to DFF mill 10/1/13. I emailed and attempted a phone call 10/18/13. I received no answer. A phone call 12/2/13 informed me my order was finished and payment required. I paid the additional $1339.50 which included shipping costs. That's the last I heard from them. Repeated emails finally yielded two "auto-replies", and then one answer 1/7/14 stating they would find my yarn and get back to me. Again, no other contact.I finally got through to the daughter yesterday who informed me mill was closed, but she would personally go out and find my product and get back to me that same day.Again, that's the last I heard from them. An attempted phone call this morning 1/22/14 is not answered.I want my product.Desired Settlement: I want my product and a reasonable refund for my time wasted with these people.
