Review: I order a movie from ray dragon media for $56.00 I got it and I play it the dvd froze up and it was in bad shape...I mail it back about 2 weeks ago...and I have been calling and no one would get the phone and I have email them and nothing....I email them today and I got one that he say that they are going to send me a another one...they don't return because I open it and watch it..that is bull[redacted]...I want the $56.00 dollars back on my charge card....I don't want the movie...Desired Settlement: Want a refund back
