[redacted] COMPANY HIRED PROVIDER Dave E [redacted] ###-###-#### OF DRAGON PHOTOBOOTH STORE (CT) FOR A HR UNLIMITED PICS PHOTOBOOTH I PURCHASED AS A GIFT FOR THE BRIDE FOR 9/12/PROVIDER ARRIVED AND RAN OUT OF STRIPS RIGHT AWAYHE TOLD GUESTS THEY COULD GO ONLINE FOR PHOTOS & ENTER A CODE-THAT WAS NEVER PROVIDEDHIS COMPUTER THEN CRASHED FORCING HIM TO EXIT EARLYHE WAS THERE MAYBE HRS TOTALTHE GUESTS WERE ALL TO RECIEVE FREE PICS, THE BRIDE WAS TO GET COPIES AS WELLADDITIONALLY, THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A USB PORT WITH PHOTOS ON THEMNONE OF THESE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED TO DATETHE BRIDE AND HER MOTHER ONLY HAD THE PROVIDERS FACEBOOK PAGE TO FIND HIMTHEY EMAILED & WERE IGNOREDON 3/I LEFT HIS BUSINESS AN UNFAVORABLE REVIEW ON HIS FACEBOOK PAGE AND THAT HE RESPONDED TOAT 1ST HE DISMISSED ME SAYING I WAS "APPARENTLY NOT A CLIENT" BUT CHANGED HIS TUNE WHEN ADVISED SINCE I PAID THE BILL, I AM A CLIENTHE DOES NOT DENY LEAVING EARLY OR COMING UNPREPARED BUT WILL NOT ADDRESS ITFILED Revdex.com COMPLAINTS, ADVISED GROUPON SINCE THEY WERE HOW I FOUND THIS GUY, REFUND REQUESTED
This is not accurate I was never hired by these people directly so I could not refund anything tp them I have dealt with the firm that hired meThe photos have been delivered to the client and the rest would be up to the company that they hired
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There is only inaccurate statement in my complaint - I was wrong about the fact that this actual company was on [redacted] - the 3rd party company, America's Party Company, was the company on [redacted] Everything else in my complaint is beyond accurate.As of now, (over months after my wedding) I still have no pictures as I was promised, and the fact that he was only there for hours, when being hired for is accurate I have tried to contact him directly, with no response So now, not only have the services that he was hired for been unfulfilled, but I am also being ignored by the owner, with no movement towards trying to make this situation right Sincerely, [redacted]

The images were sent to this customer via [redacted] messenger today! the times served were also proven to be with the hired time frame requirements please remove this inaccurate review of us! This customer is not entitled to any refunds from us! I will contact an attorney if this continues and is not removed immediately for our record.

PROVIDER ARRIVED AND RAN OUT OF STRIPS RIGHT AWAY. HE TOLD GUESTS THEY COULD GO ONLINE FOR PHOTOS & ENTER A CODE-THAT WAS NEVER PROVIDED. HIS COMPUTER THEN CRASHED FORCING HIM TO EXIT EARLY. HE WAS THERE MAYBE 2 HRS TOTAL.
THE GUESTS WERE ALL TO RECIEVE FREE PICS, THE BRIDE WAS TO GET COPIES AS WELL. ADDITIONALLY, THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A USB PORT WITH PHOTOS ON THEM. NONE OF THESE HAVE BEEN RECEIVED TO DATE.
THE BRIDE AND HER MOTHER ONLY HAD THE PROVIDERS FACEBOOK PAGE TO FIND HIM. THEY EMAILED & WERE IGNORED.
ON 3/1 I LEFT HIS BUSINESS AN UNFAVORABLE REVIEW ON HIS FACEBOOK PAGE AND THAT HE RESPONDED TO. because:There is only 1 inaccurate statement in my complaint - I was wrong about the fact that this actual company was on [redacted] - the 3rd party company, America's Party Company, was the company on [redacted]. Everything else in my complaint is beyond accurate.As of now, (over 6 months after my wedding) I still have no pictures as I was promised, and the fact that he was only there for 2 hours, when being hired for 5 is accurate. I have tried to contact him directly, with no response. So now, not only have the services that he was hired for been unfulfilled, but I am also being ignored by the owner, with no movement towards trying to make this situation right.
