Dragon Resume

Worst resume writing package. They take your resume and put it in a new template that can be easily found with a google search. No value-added. Don't waste your time and money.

Little to no communication with the company and I have reached out several times.
I purchased a Groupon for Dragon Resume on 5/9 and used it on that day for a resume writing. I heard back from my resume writer on 5/14 with my first revision. I looked over it that same day and sent it back to him with further corrections. On 5/20 I asked for a status update as I have not heard back and also wanted to know how long it usually takes for a response. They finally responded on 5/23 that it usually takes about a week and also provided me with my 2nd revised resume. I once again reviewed the resume the same day and returned it to them. I have waited over a week and I still have yet to hear from them. I sent another message to them today (6/4) for an update on my service.

I was able to find a number for them and gave Dragon Resume a call on 5/22 as well as 6/1. I have yet to receive a call back from them. I have also sent them a couple emails as well asking what the turn around time is and like my phone calls, I have not gotten a response from them.

I just sent an email to Groupon tonight (6/4) to see if there is anything they can to assist me.

Any help that you would be able to provide would be appreciated. I have used a few other resume services through Groupon in the past and I do not recall it taking this long to create a resume for me. I also cannot say that there was this poor of communication between the other resume writing services as there has been with Dragon Resume.
